The Cranfield bioinformatics group is looking for a new group member, to work primarily on further development of our Genome Annotating Proteomic Pipeline (GAPP). Working in close collaboration with the rest of the GAPP team, you’ll implement additional functionality and help biologists make new discoveries using our system. You’ll need to have a PhD, and good skills in programming and databases. Prior knowledge of bioinformatics, particularly proteomics, is desirable but not essential.
