Applications are invited from candidates with a relevant higher degree (PhD or MSc) for the post of Research Associate in Bioinformatics in the Department of Cardiovascular Sciences.
The primary role of the post holder will be to pursue high quality bioinformatics research in cardiovascular genomics as part of an internationally-recognised group. The position provides an excellent opportunity for an individual with relevant skills to contribute to research in a clinically important area and to interact with laboratory scientists, statisticians and clinicians. The post also provides an opportunity to interact with other bioinformaticians at leading centres in the UK, Europe and the USA.
