Microarray modules released on CPAN

Time for an advertisement..... not self-publicity, just hoping it might be useful to someone here.

I've just released a suite of object-oriented Perl modules on CPAN for Microarray data handling and analysis ( http://search.cpan.org/~cjones/Microarray-0.31/) and set up a SourceForge project for their continued development (http://sourceforge.net/projects/perlmat/). If you're in the business of dealing with scan files from two-channel microarray experiments, then hopefully you might find some of these modules useful. If you do try them out, then constructive feedback on their use and documentation would be appreciated, either by email (c.jones@ucl.ac.uk), via the SourceForge forum, or in these forums.

Also, we're about to submit a paper to Bioinformatics describing the modules, and would appreciate offers to referee the papers by anyone on the forum who hasn't worked with me directly (which rules out Daz and Conrad!).
