Hi All,

I've added some custom genes (by filling gene, transcript and exon related tables) and can see the genes in the 'Overview' on the contigview page but not in the 'Detailed' view. Any ideas?

I figured it out! If I set

I figured it out! If I set the source to 'ensembl' in the gene table then they are displayed in the Detailed ContigView.
