Description
You have general bioinformatics experience and the capacity to understand client's needs. Furthermore, you have profound experience in data analysis and statistics, in particular in gene expression analysis. With great flexibility, you find adequate approaches to support a broad spectrum of users with different needs and levels of experience. You notice the importance of having "standard operational procedures" for the resolution of users concerns in a global context. You are committed to work with deadlines, objectives and within fast-evolving dynamic environments.
Some duties include:
- Integromics product portfolio support to customers and partners
- Assist with data analysis requirements
- High quality training to customers and partners
- Help for the development and testing of the new applications
Desired Requirements:
Excellent English verbal/written skills are a must (Spanish is also a plus). A PhD or bachelor's degree in Bioinformatics or Molecular Biology or PhD/bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science or related field with knowledge of bioinformatics or Molecular biology. Experience in microarrays data analysis and large-scale genomic datasets is highly desired. Experience with R or MATLAB is a plus. Knowledge of statistical and data mining techniques desired.
