We are currently looking to recruit a Microarray Data Analyst in the Clinical Sciences Centre (CSC)/Imperial College Microarray Centre based on the Hammersmith Hospital Campus of Imperial. The Microarray Centre (http://microarray.csc.mrc.ac.uk ), one of the leading academic microarray centres in the UK, carries out microarray research with over 200 Groups throughout the CSC and Imperial College and has responsibility for warehousing microarray data for three national and international research consortia. The Centre is the only translational medicine research centre in the UK for large scale Affymetrix-based clinical projects and a clinical data warehouse for mining and analysis of clinical microarray data is under development.
