The aim of the EUROCarbDB (http://www.eurocarbdb.org/) project is to develop bioinformatics tools to process, analyse, deposit and retrieve original experimental data for carbohydrate (glycobiology) research. Within the NMR node of this project we have a position for a software developer who will work on the further integration of the already available processing software (ProSpectND) and the Collaborative Computing Project for the NMR community (CCPN) data model framework. An active collaboration exist between scientists of EUROCarbDB and CCPN aimed at incorporating glycan knowledge in the CCPN framework and at developing enhanced deposition, visualisation and validation tools.
